Kate and Alex’s wedding was beautifully moving. There were so many special, heartfelt, touching moments throughout the day that gave me goosebumps. All the hairs on my arms standing up, real deal kind of goosebumps. I got goosebumps all over again just putting this post together! Their love and the love of their family and friends and ring pug Skittles was beyond obvious. (Even if Skittles was a bit of a diva and had to be carried down the aisle!)
As the day started they were both buzzing with excitement and some serious wedding nerves. It was adorable. Kate did a first look with her father and then he walked her over to see Alex. The reaction on her face upon seeing Alex for the first time is probably my most favorite image of all time. So much joy. And their ceremony, which fused Jewish, Greek, and Christian traditions, was a perfect expression of them as a couple. They spent the rest of the evening eating, laughing, dancing, singing, playing corn hole, dancing more, and being happily married. I’m beyond lucky Yana Davis brought me along. Mazel tov K&A! Thank you so very much for trusting me to share in your special day!
